Is it allowed for the Lowest Calculated Bidder a corporation during Post Qualification to use a grocery store under a trade name which they manage under a group of corporations to provide the availability of goods being procured by DSWD?

The question is not clear on how this "grocery store" will provide the goods. Was there a statement for this, or was it just an informal inference?
