Since post-qualification is not a requirement for Alternative Modes of Procurement (AMP), can we conduct a validation of submitted documentary requirements just like how the post-qua is done for Public Bidding? If no, how do we validate the technical, legal and financial capability of the supplier to supply and deliver the goods as part of the procedures per Annex H of the IRR? Thank you.
