(Services) expiring on December 31, 2023..... Nakapag-execute po noong Dec 28, 2023 ng Contract of Extension based on Appendix 24 (as authorized by Central Office). The contract coverage is for Jan-June 2024.
Then, Central Office issued guidelines (Jan 9, 2024) implementing Appendix 37 (Renewal of Regular and Recurring Sevices) for all regular and recurring services of the agency.
Is there a violation of Appendix 37 in case we did not amend or revised the contract?
Is there a violation of Section 5.2 of Appendix 37?
