Hi, Just want to ask lang po, we have a JVA with the Foreign Bidder, do they need Philgeps? or only the document needed for Class "A" will do as they don't have Philgeps on their country.

Each partner of the joint venture shall submit the PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration. Even foreign bidders are required to submit authenticated Class "A" documents or equivalent accompanied by a Sworn Statement in a form prescribed by the GPPB stating that the documents submitted are complete and authentic copies of the original, and all statements and information provided therein are true and correct to PhilGEPS for processing and issuance of Certificate of PhilGEPS registration (platinum). Since the requirement is mandatory, all co-venturers are required to submit the PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
Yes, the foreign bidder in a joint venture needs to secure PhilGEPS Registration Platinum Membership to join public bidding.
