Good Day! Just want to clarify if the Caretaker of the Agency can sign and issue a Notice of Award and Purchase Order.. but at the same time, she is our BAC Chairperson.. Thank you
It depends on the vested authority to the "caretaker". If such caretaker is duly authorized by law or properly designated by the head of agency, then it is a YES.
However, the BAC Chairperson or any member of the BAC CANNOT be the approving authority.
