We conducted public bidding for the procurement of supplies and consumables (not available at PS-DBM) . Based on the post qualification conducted , the line of business of sole supplier is retail sale of hardware , paints and glass. But the mayor's permit indicated is hardware and trading. They have also provided SLCC and supporting documents for the procurement of supplies /consumables. Can the BAC recommend the award of contract ? Thank you.
