Can the bac may disqualify if the completion dates was not stipulated in the form instead they marked it N/A? another is the from his submitted documents it reflects that the project has a negative slippage of 15%.

Is the "submitted documents" reflecting negative slippage of 15% pertaining to a history of completed project or is it (currently) an ongoing project?

Then that is a ground for post disqualification.
It was an on-going projects, thus, the bidder marked is as N/A (not completed as of the moment of submission of bid). I this this can't be a ground for disqualification.
