Is it possible po ba na hindi na mag create Technical Working Group (TWG) ang BAC ? since all the member of the BAC have the knowledge already and for how many years all of the member are still the members of the committe.

Can the BAC deny or neglect the findings of the post-qualification report by the TWG ?

Lastly po. do the gppb have a sample forms like post-qualification report, evaluation report or other forms related to procurement.

thank you and godbless!

Pursuant to Section 12 of the RIRR of R.A. 9184, the BAC has the power and function to "create a TWG from a pool of technical, financial, and/or legal experts to assist in the procurement process, particularly in the eligibility screening, evaluation of bids, and post qualification." If the BAC deemed it unnecessary to create a TWG then they may not do so.

The BAC may accept or reject the findings of the TWG to support the evaluation or post disqualification of a bidder.

There are no standard forms for the post-qualification or evaluation reports.
