We will be requesting the GPPB for a 3-day RA 9184 training, and we will request for GPPB resource speakers. I wish to clarify if this require a process of procurement through Agency-to-agency? Though 3 years ago, we simply requested the GPPB for a 5-day training and we were provided 5 of their accredited speakers without resorting to mode of procurement. We simply paid the speakers the corresponding honorarium based on DBM guidelines.
