Good Day Sir/Ma'am... we have our procurement of Computer Parts and Accessories of our agency thru Public Bidding and just awarded to the LCRB.. May I ask if we violated any provisions for not buying those items in PS DBM?

It would be different if you used Shopping Sec.52.1(b) and the item is actually available in the PS-DBM.
