The post-qualification shall verify, validate and ascertain the veracity, authenticity and validity of all the other statements made and documents submitted by the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid/ Highest Rated Bid, using non-discretionary criteria, as stated in the Bidding Documents.
The TWG, or principally the BAC for that matter, shall employ only non-discretionary pass/fail criterion based on the submissions. To use another evaluation system or criterion will be a violation of the rules.
