Under the procedural guidelines on Regular and Recurring Services, it is stated that the End-User shall evaluate the performance of the service rovider for possible renewal of its contract based on the mandatory performance criteria provided , which must be indicated in the procurement documents.

Question : If the said mandatory performance criteria is not indicated in the procurement documents when it was procured, does this mean we cannot proceed with renewal and we have to conduct another procurement? Thank you.

I believe you already know the answer to this question. But let me just reiterate here.

Answer: You can proceed with renewal, subject to repercussions.

Non-compliance with the requirements will tag the procurement as "irregular" and may be subject to findings and eventual disallowance by the Commission on Audit. 

Or you can just start (again) the process right. smile
