May i ask for if official receipt or collection receipt can be accepted as supporting documents to SLCC for goods
The IRR requires that the SLCC must be supported by Certificate of Acceptance or equivalent document in case of private sector contracts. If the OR or any receipt is acceptable, the GPPB could have easily indicated that in the IRR - but there's none.
