Good morning Ma'am/Sir.. clarification lang po on the Declaration of SLCC.. during the Opening of Bids they dont have an SLCC because the Category of their PCAB is Small B... but during the Post Qualification Process the TWG found out that they have a SLCC which they did not declared during the opening of bids on theis statememnt of SLCC... is it a ground for disqualification for not declaring their SLCC?
