One of our proc is the Printing of Specialized Official Receipt using Agency-to-Agency as mode of Proc. We invited the Recognized Govt Printers which are the Banko Sentra, Apo Production and NPO.. we are now conducting our evaluation and both APO Production and NPO submitted and offered the same price. So, what we are going to do po? 1st Time po kasi na mangyari ito...ask ko lang po if kanino po ba namin dapat iaward?
