Question: How can we perform pre-procurement/ posting to PhilGEPS of Project proposals that are not yet approved. We need to wait for the approval or we have to post it earlier inorder to comply with the pre-procurement. Thank you.

Pre-procurement and advertisement is only done after the approval of the Annual Procurement Plan.
